Terms of Service

1. Who we are & acceptance

Trading News Alerts (the “Service”) is operated by Session One Funding LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) at tradingnewsalerts.com. By creating an account, starting a free trial, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is — and is not

The Service delivers informational, original market-intelligence notifications about scheduled economic-calendar events and market-moving developments, delivered to a Discord channel you choose, and an optional TradingView chart-overlay script.

The Service is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice; we are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution; we do not execute trades, manage money, or provide personalized recommendations or trade signals. Alerts are general information only. Trading carries substantial risk of loss, and you are solely responsible for your own decisions. Past performance and historical patterns do not guarantee future results.

3. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
  • You sign in with Discord; you are responsible for your Discord account, the server/channel you connect, and all activity under your account.
  • You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using the Service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord, Stripe, or TradingView.

4. Plans, billing & trials

  • Plans: Starter ($29/mo · 1 pair), Active ($49/mo · 3 pairs), Pro ($89/mo · 7 pairs, breaking alerts included).
  • Add-ons: Breaking Market-Mover Alerts ($19/mo, Starter/Active); TradingView News Overlay ($29/mo, Active/Pro only).
  • Free trial: base plans include a 3-day free trial; a payment method is collected at signup and billing begins automatically when the trial ends. The TradingView News Overlay add-on has no free trial and bills separately.
  • Recurring billing: subscriptions renew automatically each month at the then-current price until canceled. Prices are in USD and exclusive of any applicable taxes.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe’s terms. We do not store your full card details.

5. Cancellation & refunds

  • You may cancel anytime from the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including partial periods and unused time. The 3-day free trial lets you evaluate the Service before any charge — cancel before it ends to avoid being billed.
  • We may, at our discretion, issue goodwill refunds. To request one or get billing help, contact support@tradingnewsalerts.com.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly repost the alerts, briefings, or Pine Script output;
  • scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access non-public parts of the Service;
  • use the Service unlawfully, to manipulate markets, or in violation of any third-party terms (Discord, TradingView, Stripe);
  • share account access in a way that exceeds your plan’s seat/pair limits.

7. Intellectual property & content

The Service, our briefings, and our generated alert/overlay content are our intellectual property, provided to you under a limited, non-transferable license for personal use while your subscription is active. Our alerts are written in our own words; we do not redistribute third-party article text. Source attributions and links point to original publishers, who retain rights to their content. “TradingView” and “Pine Script” are trademarks of their owners; we are an independent add-on, not affiliated with TradingView.

8. Third-party services & data

The Service depends on third parties including Discord (auth + delivery), Stripe (payments), economic-data providers, and Resend (email). Event times and figures come from third-party sources and may be delayed, revised, or inaccurate; alerts may occasionally be missed or delayed. We make no guarantee of completeness, timeliness, or accuracy.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Session One Funding LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or trading losses arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.

11. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notified by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
